After a long and tiring weekend traveling to the Cliffs of Moher, Galway, Inishmore I have a lot to write about. Seeing the Cliffs of Moher again allowed me a different appreciation for nature and the beauty that Ireland has to offer. Although I am focusing specifically on Cliffs of Moher, Galway, and Inishmore, all the places we went to had their own unique beauty. Compared to the first time I went to the cliffs it was bright skies and I decided to walk a different path to admire a different perspective of the cliffs. While riding bikes at the Island of Inishmore I almost crashed multiple times. The sheer beauty of the island caused me to be distracted multiple times. Additionally, being able to ride along all my friends and new people that I have met will be something I will forever cherish. Something that I had noticed in Galway is the extreme drinking culture. I still remember leaving the hostel and the woman at the check in desk asked us if we had gone out last night. After responding to her question, she mentioned that going out seemed to be the only thing to do here, and for some reason that had really stuck with me. I have thought about it temporally, but the thought that Galway is so built around the drinking culture really intrigued me.
Earlier today, Tyler, Cole, Jackson, and I decided to play golf together. I realized today that playing golf together is not just about the game; it’s about the shared experience and the memories we create. The way Tyler cheered me on, offer tips and advice, and laugh at my horrible shots speaks volumes about the mutual respect we have for each other. With the best weather we’ve had on the golf course, an ocean view from the course really brought together the enduring warmth of our friendships. Although I did not play the best I could have, I told my roommates that I instantly want to be play golf again. Being able to get outside and just talk and catchup is something that I value in friendships. It is being able to slow the world around us down and just have a good time playing a game we all love.
Overall, I would say that this has been one of my favorite weeks so far. Being more comfortable with the place I am staying in and the people around me has led to a further appreciation for being in Ireland. I know without a doubt that things will only get better as I get more and more comfortable.

Beautiful views from the Cliffs of Moher. Much better weather than the first time I was able to visit.

Another photo of the Cliffs of Moher. Just another perspective to appreciate. Very happy I have been able to go twice.
