Wow… LAST BLOG
I can’t believe these are our last couple of days in dublin. I could never have imagined that I would be able to get so close to so many new people and meet people that I now cannot imagine my life without in such a short amount of time. Looking back on the beginning of this trip I was so so so sure that I would be counting down the days before I could go home again and see all of my friends. Now I find myself constantly trying to not think about the fact that we only have two days left. Although the trip itself was amazing I think we were all beyond lucky to have chosen to do this program at the same time because I don’t think any of us could imagine this experience with anyone else.
This past weekend was our free weekend and we all went to AMSTERDAM. We all planned activities together like a canal tour, pancake boat, and the Heineken Museum.
In addition to that we also all had time to do other activities. When we first arrived in Amsterdam, Cat and I went to the Rijksmuseum and before heading to the pancake boat we woke up early to explore the city.

On Saturday morning Bella, Sam, Margaret, Jack, John, and I went to get breakfast before walking over to Heineken. Later that night we bought snacks from the supermarket and were able to relax in our room before meeting back up with everyone else later on.

On monday John, Cat, and I went to see the windmills and tulip fields in the morning and spent the rest of the day shopping around the city before our flight back to Dublin.

We have all grown together on this trip and have become a family doing almost everything together. With that we have also formed so many close bonds by having the opportunity to spend time with everyone in so many different capacities. As tedious as these writings may have seemed every week I couldn’t be more grateful we had to do them. This trip will forever be one of the best experiences of my life and being able to look back on these and remember all the different things we did will help me to make sure that I never forget a single second of it.
