Locked Up – Connor McDermott Week 4 Blog

Another exciting week has wrapped up here in Dublin. Our weekend was full of castles, including the famous Blarney Castle. And while I didn’t wait in line for a chance to kiss the famous stone, I did have a great time roaming the gardens and exploring the little town of Cork. Weekend in Galway – Connor McDermott Blog 3

This past weekend, we had the incredible opportunity to visit the Irish city of Galway. Our trip started off Friday morning with a trip to the cliffs of Moher. No matter where we stood, there was always an incredible view. What amazed me about this trip was how blue the water was. When you think of the coast of Ireland, you think of a dark and cold water. Breaking Down Walls – Connor McDermott’s Week 2 Journal

My time in Dublin is flying by. Going into this trip I was worried that eight weeks in Dublin would feel too long and that it would get lonely being this far from home. Greetings from Ireland! – Week 1

My name is Connor McDermott, and I am a rising junior at Bucknell. After months of waiting, 28 other Bucknell students and I have finally arrived at University College Dublin for the Bucknell summer in Dublin Internship Program.
