This week was insane. The work week was short but sweet, and then we had a marathon weekend out to the West Coast. I knew it would be busy with so many landmarks to hit each day, but I was unprepared for how it would play out in real life. Margaret Williams – Dublin Week 2

Another week has somehow flown by. Since my last post, we had our welcome dinner, continued internships, went to the Wicklow Mountains and Kilkenny Castle, and visited the National Museum of Ireland. Our welcome dinner was at The Little Kitchen, a quaint restaurant with great food. It was super fun, though perhaps a bit overwhelming for our many servers – we may have overstayed our welcome. Margaret Williams – Dublin Week 1

The first few days of the program have been great so far. I arrived in Ireland early with my family, so fortunately most of the jet lag side effects had worn off by the weekend. We had a whirlwind of a week, starting in Dingle and Galway before ending in Dublin for a few days, so I was definitely tired and ready for a home base.
